There was a great deal of difficulty for the People's computer system in opening the mountain of documents I needed to provide. I submitted in PDF or photograph of document. However, I had to submit same things over and over again. I even sent to my financial advisor to send thinking somehow issue was on my end. I daily send PDFs to colleagues and never have this much difficulty. B/C i'm so busy in my private practice it was a rough distraction. I also was asked to submit the same things to different people. So maybe if the system could have a central place the all members of the team could access? Dunno... Lastly, when the Security company sent my final Title paperwork and reimbursement check from escrow of previous mortgage, my middle initial was wrong, thus requiring return of all. This incorrect initial was peppered in throughout the large document that I had to sign. The notary and I lined out and initial where it occurred. I need to make sure my middle initial of "T" Theresa vs "P" is actually on all your final documentation. Please, if you have a moment would you confirm? I really appreciate it all. thank you!
